چکیده
THE RELEVANCE of the work lies in need to control cutting inserts metalworking tools, which are widely used today production and machining products for various purposes mechanical engineering. The carbide plates involves a number operations: obtaining fine powders, mixing them certain proportions, shaping, followed by pressing sintering. Violation technology at least one considered operations leads defective plates, quality does not meet requirements. use such or an increase complexity their manufacture, is associated with frequent replacement. Traditional methods have significant drawback - destruction product its damage. They can be avoided using non-destructive testing methods, include coercive force method. authors proposed device original design, makes it possible implement made hard alloys grades. To test performance, prototype was developed tested. PURPOSE. Development order determine relative error. task relevant, since there enterprises replaceable tools. METHODS. During device, generally accepted empirical research were used, determination error carried out according methodology Koerzimat 1.097 HcJ coercimeter, as well mathematical statistics. RESULTS. electrical structural principal diagrams been developed, design parameters determined. Tests out, during measurements samples grades having different shapes sizes. CONCLUSION. characterized simplicity low cost; same time, based on modern element base. results showed that measurement within acceptable limits, allows conditions.

Measurement and Modelling of the Rubber Resilience based on Ultrasonic Non-destructive Testing in Tires
In tire industry, it is very crucial to evaluate physical and mechanical properties of the rubber which is used for production of the tire, to ensure the quality of the final product. Resilience is an important property of a rubber, which cannot be evaluated through direct measurement in production cycle in this industry. Therefore, non-destructive ultrasonic testing, which has been used in man...

This book consists of a collection of 27 articles dealing with the subject of probabilistic engineering mechanics with special emphasis on the ensuing computational issues. The book has two parts. The first part is meant as a tutorial on the basic aspects of probabilistic mechanics, whereas the second part is an overview of some of the applications that rely on probabilistic concepts for their ...

This section contains a review of physical fundamentals and results of practical implementation of methods of nondestructive testing (NDT) and evaluation. It also presents relevant information on magnetic, electrical, eddy current, HF electromagnetic, infrared, optical, acoustic, radiographic, penetrant and other (such as vibration, leakage testing and integrated) methods of NDT and evaluation ...
متن کاملA scalarization-based method for multiple part-type scheduling of two-machine robotic systems with non-destructive testing technologies
This paper analyzes the performance of a robotic system with two machines in which machines are configured in a circular layout and produce non-identical parts repetitively. The non-destructive testing (NDT) is performed by a stationary robotic arm located in the center of the circle, or a cluster tool. The robotic arm integrates multiple tasks, mainly the NDT of the part and its transition bet...
